Ok I have a pioneer 8500 cd player, I just hooked up a tv to it. I need to get to AUX setting. It says to press function button repeatedly until AUX shows up, then turn the AUX source on. But nothing is happening, it just strolls through the four functions, nothing ever about AUX, I just keep pressing the func button and not shit is happening? What to do????

no the cd player doesn't have the aux source showing up nothing wrong with the wiring.

my head unit has auxilary switch, i used it once. Should be simple to setup, check your manual again or something
