Celica Forums General Discussion Exterior must have an APR GT300 kit!

i have always liked the veilside sides and back and the blitz front but ive got my eyes on the APR kit and theres no going back. does any one have a picture of it on any car other than the red one on ecelica?

theres one in nc.org. Eastbb.. sumthin, he has a custom blue celi with the apr kit. Also has lambo doors.

The kit looks so weird with stock wheels.But once you get the right size wheels its badass

I love the kit... but why the hell wouldn't he buy new rims with some of the extra money? That's so wrong.

Maby it's because he is waiting for them. I don't think he would do that mutch word done to his car if he couldn't afford some wheels!

that thing needs wider rims quick..and yes the lambo doors are too much.
I like the real APR Celica better...looks good in red. I wouldn't spend that much money for a kit.

i HOPE he doesnt drive it like that. that looks sooo horrible. not only are they stock wheels but they are stock HUBCAPS! it takes a lot of work to make the gt300 kit look how it should. at least put some wheel spacers. god that looks terrible.

yea cause nothing is in proportion at all. And the front I think looks ugly with that grill. IDK, doesn't look anything like the real GT300.

i know everyone has there thoughts on someyones car..i have new rims they are racing hart c4 19 x 8.5 with a custom offset (front) and i have 19 x 10 (back)..the reason they are not on in the pictures is because i just picked up the car that day and i didnt have time to change the wheels..

i am taking out the grill as soon as i get enough money together to get a turbo..

i dont care what you guys think of my car because i have taken it to 2 shows and came home with best of show at one and best toyota at another so i dont care..i have the side canards but i dont want to put them on because i dont want it to look exactly the the gt300.. [color=blue][/color]

I wasn't dissing your celica...I don't do that. I said the wheels are not in proportion with the rest of the car...so it looks kind of weird, but that's not a bad thing. I think you car will look awesome when it's finished. Don't diss mine just cause I have stock rims...I don't have enough money yet and ever think that it's not finished yet? No you didn't.
So be glad to have what you have and it's only what we think...you celica is not finished yet, so calm down.

i was about to reiterate that your car has been spotted at a car show already with the rims. i believe even isaac or someone else important here posted them. don't trip, that's an expensive car you got there but i love the kit myself (too $$$$ for my taste though). is the engine on the planning boards for more power??

oh shit, my bad. i took a quick glance and thought they were hubcaps. i hope it looks better now. i would like to see pics with the new rims but only if they are spaced out to match the widebody.
