i want to make my turn signals and bumper lenses shine blue. id like to know what kind of bulbs i need to get and where i can get them.

Probably autozone. But blue and red lights are illegal.

any light that blinks or flashes will be illegal. But try Autozone.

I have nice blue turn signal bulbs that blink hyperwhite that are not illegal, go for those...

what part number is the turn signals again? arent they wedge 194?

^^no thats the sidemarkers. turn signal is 1156 and low beam is h7

yup, you can get bulbs that LOOK blue but SHINE white if thats what your mean. Thats leagal but not for rear TS in CA but maybe its different where your from.
