i dont know if he is the fastest but surely is one of, if not the best driver. there is a gt Turbo pushing out 304 whp, which i think is faster than lucky's announed time of 13.7. there is also a 7th gen celica powered by a 3sgte running 12's.. for the modifications he got he runs hella fast
