12W6v2 Because though the W7 is the best sub ever, it weighs a lot even for a 10" and you need a more costly amplifier to power it, besides i have a 12W3 in my celica and it's great

i like the sound of 10's more than 12's personally... works better with the type of music i listen to.

i just bought 2 12w6v2 from a guy in irvine for 300 pretty good price...brand new. too bad i blew em within a week and a half ahahah. have to return it to jl now. but other than that they sound goooodddd...

ok so i just bought a 12w7 and any opinions on an amp? i know that the jl 1000/1 and the 500/1 are great matches... but expensive none the less. anything else that hits hard and is more cost effective?

damn,...mad props on the sub.  w7 hits so fucking hard.just make sure you get a good ass amp.i knew someone who had 12"w7 with truetech amp n that shit hit fucking hard.  my 2 12"w3's r NOTHING compared to 1 12" w7.

u bought a 12. .. o'well.. my opinion is that a 12w7 in a celica is overboard. . my frined has a 12w7 and the 1000/1. . and i wachted his rear glass go liquid. . crystal method baby. . anyways. . 10 is more then enough. . too bad i have one for sale too 350$ shipped  and a pretty 500/1 for 350$ to go with it

12" is a bit large in a celica. nonetheless, that's good buy!!!

yeah i mean im not going to crank it to the point where i find myself outside my car, im about having a clear sound, i know im never going to really push it... i just know there rep is uncomparable... not to mention i can walk around going "hey i got a 12w7 and you dont!!!"  but yeah i might take that 500/1 from you unless sultan is still interested... otherwise i'll keep looking... got to look at those links posted too. thanks and keep this post going!
