Well Ih ave 21,500 miles on my 03 GT and I am going to switch over to mobil 1 synthetic... my question is since i'm going to be going from normal oil to synthetic what will i need to do to get the old oil out? can i just change oil and filter then fill with mobil 1 or do i need to get ALL of the old oil out by flushing it out with some something?

Its a fallacy that sythetic and regular oil do not mix. Sythetic oil is regular oil, just distilled with different portions of the various temperate ranges used for motor oil.

Just do and oil change.

Yes there is. If you don't want synthetic, don't put it in.
