has anyone had a problem with their car starter? I got mine installed awhile ago and whenever i start it and i have my wipers on, my wipers go soooo slow. And with that, my rear washer fluid starts flowing. Looks funny when I walk up to my car and there's a puddle of washer fluid on the ground behind my car. Any ideas?
