Optimal oil temperature would really depend on what type of oil you're using? Is it regular, blended, or full synthetic oil? What brand is it? And I don't think any of us could tell you even with this information. The best way to find out is to see what kind and brand of oil you're using, then go and phone the company that makes it and ask them. Hope this helps.
