u know what i'll tell you this right now, whoever is goin straight has the right of way, this shit happen to my celica as well, but it was on my back passenger tire. i was so pissed that that shit happen, and the police is puttin me at fault, but he ran a redlight and i have no witnesses so therefore im screwed unless i can get a miracle.

the cop probably would've still givin you the ticket if you were the one flying down the hill, and you hit an old lady pulling outta ur drive way, this happened to my cousin in his lancer he was doing 45-50 in a 40 zone a oddessy pulled out in front of him he slammed on the brakes but rear ended the women she started freakin out saying that my cousin could've killed her children this women was frickin hysterical she was crying and screaming when the cops showed up and the kids crying wasn't helping the situtation, cops came wrote him up for speeding and said he was at fault.

you can't cut someone off who has the right away and when a cop comes to an accident scene , and in one car is two teenage guys and then other a 40 yr old mother with her kids, sides start getting picked.
