TRD bumper w/ WalMart fogs clear sidemarkers w/ blue bulbs (not hyperwhite) altezza tail lights (swapping for red TYC's) red TRD front plate red "celica" letters in hatch red TRD & WingsWest decals on window
haven't even cleaned the car yet. its kinda dirty but i couldn't wait to take pics. here are the rest...
what do you all think? i know most people won't like the tails, but as i mentioned already, i've got some red tyc's and will get them in within the next couple weeks. and some of you may not like the decals, but they're all small and pretty balanced, so i don't think their too bad.
What do I think? Well I think it looks badass. You can't go wrong with a TRD/wings west body kit. Very nice...As you said i'm one of the guys who doesn't like altezza's...and red tyc's will look nice...i think tinted would look better, as well as tinted headlights, or paint the plastic part of the headlights black...then it would be downright wicked!
^^ I believe the spoiler is the TRD spoiler that comes along with the action package
looks nice even better when you get your tyc's on.. maybe an ecelica.com sticker next
Correct me if i'm wrong...but i was under the impression that the TRD wing has those cover plates on the side supports for the wing, (held in with one screw)to adjust the wing. I read that in another post about genuine vs. replica TRD wings..
its a wings west spoiler, similair to trd obviously but the bar is not as thick and it has a nice curve along the sides. i also had the adjustable part smoothed out so its nice and clean.
Yo swiftcel i just checked your profile and it says wings west wing...they make them with a 3rd brake light?
the wing came from ebay and it does have a brake light. it was like $188 shipped and my wings west kit was $399 shipped. Its all genuine too. my stock bumper was in really bad shape and just the lip on the bottom didn't look good. So i got this TRD bumper on eBay for $285 shipped and had it put on.
my headlights look terrible! they are kinda yellowish and have scratches and stuff all over them. and tint will be soon, followed by rims in the spring.
Damn! Leave the car on your lawn and charge people to check it out! Looks tight! I LOVE clean black cars and you can't go wrong with the TRD front
thanks! your car looks so much like Louie's (TRdRida). you both are silver w/ black TYC tails, carbon fiber hood, tint, graphics, etc. your car is lookin good as well.
the car still hasn't been washed. i work til 6 and then TRdRida and i are gonna go was the cars and head to a spot w/ a nice backdrop and take some pics together.
Your car looks awesome. Very clean. It looks great even with the stock wheels. So what's next?
the red tyc's, then tint. i also need to get an alarm because the old one is all messed up and now my power door locks won't even work (plus i don't have keyless entry). then i'll quit til spring, and 18s will be installed.
Pimpin Swift! Lol, you know you want my hood scoop...
actually rida and i were talkin about that today. i think i do. but i can't really afford it for a while, so i don't wanan hold you up from trying to sell it. i definately want it, but there are things i NEED, like getting my power locks working, an alarm, and getting those damn awful scratches out of my headlights. i'll let you know soon though. thanks for bein so patient with me bro.
but like i said, go ahead and try to sell them if you want.
got the tyc's in yesterday. i'll take pics soon. i changed the url's for these pics so they're all x's. it won't let me edit my post so here is a link for all of those who still want to see it.
i took off the wings west and trd decals, an put in the red tyc's. i decided not to have any type of graphics or "noise" anywhere on the car. i just want it to be sleek and clean. looks much nicer and flows better with the new tails. the altezzas were a bit of a distraction.
