Hey guys...im fairly new to the board and i just bought a 2002 black gt...Im looking to lower it...and ive checked around on springs...i heard tanabe was a good spring...just wondering what yalls input was..and if you had any recommendations..and prices..thanks

Welcome to the boards! I've heard they're great spings! I've also heard good things about Hotchkis and Eibach Sport/Pro line springs as well!

thanks a lot steven...the price i was going to pay was 170 for the springs...how much do you think labor will be?? and would i need anything else...or just the springs to make it alright

I got hotchkis springs yesterday and man i love them. Labor for me was 60 bux and it can go up to 100 bux depending on where you get it done. Suspension is a great place to start modding thumbsup

yea i got my car back in june...but it was summer time so i wanted to keep my wrangler around...i just went back to pick up my car...and i was gonna start by lowering it...its the first mod im gonna do..other than my euros...lol rice i know, but i hadta..lol anyways what other mods should i consider...and give me some brands that are good...thanks

if you're just getting lowering springs, No you dont need anything else. Later on down the road you might need new shocks/struts but you don't need it any time soon, just the spings.
