Hey guys...im fairly new to the board and i just bought a 2002 black gt...Im looking to lower it...and ive checked around on springs...i heard tanabe was a good spring...just wondering what yalls input was..and if you had any recommendations..and prices..thanks
thanks a lot steven...the price i was going to pay was 170 for the springs...how much do you think labor will be?? and would i need anything else...or just the springs to make it alright thanks again
I got hotchkis springs yesterday and man i love them. Labor for me was 60 bux and it can go up to 100 bux depending on where you get it done. Suspension is a great place to start modding
yea i got my car back in june...but it was summer time so i wanted to keep my wrangler around...i just went back to pick up my car...and i was gonna start by lowering it...its the first mod im gonna do..other than my euros...lol rice i know, but i hadta..lol anyways what other mods should i consider...and give me some brands that are good...thanks
if you're just getting lowering springs, No you dont need anything else. Later on down the road you might need new shocks/struts but you don't need it any time soon, just the spings.
