THE DIRECTIONS WEREN'T THE BEST, BUT I THINK i FIGURED IT OUR, WHAT HAPPENS IF i'M WRONG THOUGH, i'M AFRAID TO DRIVE IT. I STARTED IT UP AND THE ENGINE LIGHT DIDN'T GO ON WHICH IS GOOD BUT WHEN I SHUT IT DOWN IT MADE A NOISE AT THE END. THE BIGGEST PROBLEM I HAD WAS KNOWING WHAT PLUGS TO PLUG BACK IN, I KNOW THE BLUE ONE ISN'T USED BUT I HAVE 2 BLACK ONES, SO I GUESSED. I PUT THE SHORTER OF THE TWO INTO THE LOWER PART OF THE AEM Intake WHICH IS LOCATED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE Intake, I PLUGGED THE LONGER ONE INTO THE TOP OF THE Intake. I THINK EVERYTHING ELSE I'M SURE OF EXCEPT THAT. HELP! I'VE GOT THE TECHNICAL TERMS IN THE MANUAL.

umm the sound at the end might be the Intake sucking... its normal, its just like when your running and ur tired and you gasp for air, the engine is trying to get air to keep running till it shuts down...
the hoses... well ur butterfly valve is gone, so the hose you can plug, then all you gotta worry about are the ones on the bottom shaft

first off.. your typing in all caps is offensive to some agreed the directions aren't the best but better than nothing .. the noise at the end is normal.. and most like it ... some don't.. i know one of the black plugs i forgot to plug in and kept getting a check engine light.. got a picture perhaps??

bro just retract all of your steps and procedures. And you should be fine. I did and my CAI install was good to go!

alright , thanks for the info on the caps...if that sound is normal, that everything elce is cool. the sound is great, more low end, roars when I step on it. What the big deal about caps anyway? Thank you everything celica and everyone here. My ride is almost complete!

the sound is normal, its an Intake, you're gonna hear it now cause nothing is sealing it and restricting it
