i just went to wal mart to buy a new bulb for my head light, and i find out it was the wrong one. The high beam and low beam lights are fine, but what is the one above those called?

one above?!
if you mean the placement of the head light houseing from lowest to highest: turn signals, high beam, parking light, low beam.

Those are the low or driving beams.. you'll be wanting H7 bulbs for those

H7 is the part name for the bulb. i'd suggest buying the whole lighting set-up from the ECelica store
