Well as some of you know I was looking for a new car. I really wanted a Celica but it never happend frown They couldn't find one for me. But I found something that made up for it. A new 2005 Corolla S. I love it! I was also tempted by the new Scion tC. But all in all I think I picked up a great car that will also help me with gas too. I get 30MPG City and 38 on highway.

What you guys think? It's not a celi, but hey! I got a new car smile

I don't like the new Corolla's, I liked by '99. Design was simple, small & effective. thumbsup

now you have to lower it and get some sways, those things dont drive like the celica, my dad has a camry, but he likes the celica more, so he got sways and lowered it for a more aggressive handleing, i dont know what hes going to do next, i dont know much about camrys...

Yeah I did want the XRS but it only came in Manual. frown I haven't ever drove a manual before (but I would like to.) so it probly wont be a good idea to have a newb try manual on a new car. smile Anyways the only thing that different between the Xrs and S is some of the interior and the engine.

if its newer its easier to drive, wont have any tranny problems, plus if you would like to you should have just gotten this 170hp 6spd vvtl-i almost like having a celica

it's a good buy, not a racer for sure. XRS is probably a better choice. i didn't know how to drive a manual until i bought my celica. it's a good way to learn manual by forcing yourself... thumbsup thumbsup
