Finding those in the sizes the celi needs is really hard.
I had a helluva time finding carbon fiber. Try searching froogle.com

ghetto and rice. Sand them down and spray paint with bright red paint, then clear coat...

ebay, Maruta (Mtec) has some nice ones. and they have the correct specs for the celica. 
I've mastered the art of the After Image Technique.

go to ebay, and put this in the search bar: MTEC TITANIUM WINDSHIELD WIPERS TOYOTA CELICA 16" 24" the same company that makes the light bulbs for the celica in the E-Celica store also makes this
