i was at a stop and some lady comming up directly behind me prolly wasnt paying attention then wen she tried to stop she panicked and hit the gas. she tried to then move to the side (in between me and the guy next to me). she mest up my corner and the other guys side. pics

seriously, but i was thinking about getting a kit replacement but wouldnt insurance only cover the damaged part. i wouldnt have enough for a full kit

True insurance will only pay for the stock peices, but I would fork up the extra cash and get a kit while I'm replacing bumpers anyway.

he's not the only one tht got jacked. Some dumbass hit my car while it was parked. Good thing he only broke my front bumper . i just removed whats left of it so i driving atround without front bumper and semi bent driver fender. The edge got bent but not too bad. I wonder if i can talk the shop guy into getting my a diff kit instead of ordering a oem kit. Insurance lady did even look at my car. She just said to take it to a shop and the shop owner writes up and estimate of what it will cost and they write a check for him. So maybe me and the dude can work something out.

yeah im gonna try to get a kam kit out of this or at least the rear. but seriously my neck is starting to ache so im pretty sure i can get some $$$$$ out of this.

lol i wann asee if I can get the shop guy to order a kam kit and claim to have put oem back on lol. He can even ask for more if he wants i think and write it up as labor or additional work.

stock peices are actually more expensive then aftermarket parts, So if you get a check from your insurance company for repairs. go to your auto body shop... talk to them about what you want to do... unless your insurance investigator comes out and checks on the car... to make sure stuff is getting done, or the payment is done another way... you can get the body shop to get you a new kit, for the half the cost of the "stock" kit... along with some body work... besides the basic repair, but maybe shaved door handels or raised wing...

thats what i trying to do. The insurance didn't even check my car or nothing. They just said to take it to a shop and have them do the work and write n estimate of what it cost and they would send them the check. So I will talk to the dude and see what we can work out.
