I live in the DC area and it seems like every time I was my car, I have some new kinda funk on the windows (inside and out) that just doesnt seem to want to come off.

Anyone have any advice on:
1) Washing this stuff off the windows
2) Keeping it off the windows

It's probably a silicone build up. Try rain-X window wipes that should help for about a month or so
