hey gts owners, i was wondering what rpm do you land at after shifting to second? (when racing)

6200 or 62150 ... thats shifting right at fuel cutoff and with a b&m shortshifter.

i land right at about 6200...but then it bogs down to 5500 because the springs on my "sprung hub" clutch disc are freakin worn out!!!!ill have my ACT clutch in soon though

the people that are landing it in the 6000 range what is your redline 7800 or 8400? and also is that with wheel spin going into 2nd or not?

what year is your ride? 00-01 the red line was 8250, so you could land in lift, but in 02+ the red line was changed to 7800, mine is a 01 so i can land in lift at about 6200. but if you have a newer celica, it might be very hard to land in lift.
Heaven is 8600 RPM's

Bouncing off the limiter it connects in second gear at 7000rpm. Thats with a very fast, very aggressive snatch of my left hand.

thats what he's saying.
all years have a redline of 7800, according to the tach.
00,01,03+ have cut off at 8350
02 has cutoff ant redline, which is 7800.
My Sixth Gear just kinda worded it funny, but thats what he was saying.
