I checked the forum for this type of rattling, but did not find it anywhere.
It's coming from between where the rear speakers are and the front door, but not inside the door (left hand side). Nor is it related to the gas door. I had new speakers put in 2 months ago but the noise only started recently. I brought it back to where I had them installed and they said the speakers are secure.
I don't think the speakers themselves are rattling because when my stereo is off I still hear the rattling. Also, the noise only occurs when moving (not just over bumps, but constantly).
Any advice? Is this covered by warranty? I checked the toyota service bulletins, but this particular rattle was not listed.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

No moonroof. The noise is coming from the side of the car. Please see the below picture where the red circle indicates the location of the noise.

it could be ANY of these things that is not clipped-in or screwed-in correctly... https://celicahobby.com/gallery/index.php/category/tech-parts-catalogI haven't heard what your particular rattle sounds like, but if its more of a vibration thing, how much tension is there in the sound cords did your installer leave... too much? I hopes this can be of some help - but if not, then I hope you can find the problem and get it over with; it's probably driving you nuts

yeah, if not, maybe one of your clips on the inside of that panel have come loose. just something to check, i really don't think it's your window since they're glued in with a really strong Urethane sealer. though you might have something inside that panel beneath there that's loose, just take the panels out and check. they're just in with some clips and the rear seat.

Dumb question: How do I take off the panels and check? I'll probably drive around after I get them off and look to see what exactly is rattling. It's the most annoying thing possible...

I'm gonna take your little Civic. Dust it off. Turn it sideways and stick it straight up you candy A*s.
