Looks good but what is going on with the paint around the VVTL-i? Is it just me or did you not mask it off very well?

do you notice any difference in your handling? I put one on a week ago and it definitely helps with handling. Cornering is improved a lot and the front end seems more solid in general. Steering tightens up a bit so the wheel doesn't seem as loose too which is nice. Makes the car feel more solid all around. After getting the front strut bar now I'm curious to see how a rear strut tower brace would feel like.

I just installed one 2 days ago and it's definately more solid. I just took it out and would randomly turn, safely of course, and the response was terrific. But it makes a sound when I turn.

I got mine from this site and it too came with some big scratches but because I waited so long for it to get here, I was just happy I had it and kept my mouth shut about it.

As far as making noises. I just put lithium grease all over the places where it's screwed in and I don't have any noises anymore. I also tightened the parts you use the allen wrench for pretty tight and that seemed to take care of any noises.

How do you apply the decals that came with the APR bar?

I just installed one 2 days ago and it's definately more solid. I just took it out and would randomly turn, safely of course, and the response was terrific. But it makes a sound when I turn. The noise is coming from the tops of the struts rubbing against the bar's endplates. Easy solution to that: get some lithium grease in a tube and spread it on the undersides of the endplates. You'll see there's a center section on them that's indented and has ridges. Just put the grease all over that area, leaving a thin film. You can also grease the sides of the strut tops, since that's what rubs against the endplates (rubber bushings in them expand and rub).

Ask yourself one question. Is the juice worth the squeeze?
