I ordered a B&M SS last August and they didn't even tell me that it's backordered. Even their website doesn't say anything about BO. I email them and the cust rep said that it will arrive on the 2nd week of sept. Nothing was ship since then until later on 3rd week of Setp I emailed them asking for the status again. They said it's back ordered til the end of the month. So..WTF?!? "I could wait that long" I said and requested my refund... I took me 4 days to finally get my refund back. Damn I was so close into filling a legal complaint against them..
