No, you shouldn't need new headers, unless you are really turnin up the boost, and I believe intakes come with most kits

Ahem, time for tech talk! Whatever turbo kit you end up buying will come with a specialized exhaust manifold for use with the turbo. You CANNOT use the stock or Trial header. It will NOT work. You will however, need to have a new exhaust fabricated. Just ask people in your town what the best exhaust/muffler shop is, and go there. Depending on your state's laws, you may or may not need to keep the catalytic converter. If the laws don't require it, the get rid of it completely or replace it with a high quality high flow version. Don't let the shop use a cheap muffler either, they eventually start to break down and sound bad. Apex, Greddy, and Magnaflow all make good mufflers. Unless you're worried about being quiet, you don't even technically need a muffler. Turbo cars are MUCH quieter than their naturally aspirated parters. A 3" stainless steel pipe from the the turbo exit to the back of the car will suffice. Have the shop weld a cat in somewhere if you want or need one. Other than that, the kit should come with everything that you need to be successful. Based on your level of knowledge of this stuff, I'm assuming that you're not going to do the install yourself, so you shouldn't have anything to worry about. Just find a good shop with turbocharging experience to do the install for you.

ok cool thanks again man...on last thing is that I noticed that you can tune up the psi so you can get more hp and torque...how much does a celica auto tranny hold and after i get the sf turbo, how do you get it tuned up to higher psi...and what are the best exhaust to get? even with the turbo, i should only have one exhaust right??

so anyone know how to boost the psi up?? Boost controller. Manual controllers are cheap and will be fine for the boost you will be running, but they're less blingin' and less high tech than the multiple electronic boost controllers out there. The SF kit should come with some sort of engine management software or something which should be able to control the boost. I wouldn't turn it up past 7 or 8 psi for an internally stock GT. You can ask SF what a safe boost level is.
