i was wondering if there is any liquid waxing or polishing products for the surfaces of cars on the paint?

besides waxes that has to be rubbed off, is there any liquid substance that you can just put on that makes the car look wet/shinny without any hard rubbing?

i am wondering if there is any liquid stubtances that will spread on the car (without rubbing) that will make it look more wet and shinny?
