I have been a member here for a few months now, but I wasnt really a "member" cause I didnt have a Celica. Well, I finally got one! Its an automatic Dark Blue 2000 GTS. I always knew Id get one, so thats why Im here. They are SEXY cars and are decently fast. I got it mainly for the sexy look. I SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO LOVE MY CELICA!!!!

Sweet! Did you want auto or was auto all you can find? Around me it is very rare to find a manual Celica.

of those speedchips! I figure if 1 gets me 20hp then 10 will get me 200hp!

It was the cheapest GTS model I could find. Most the other GTS's were the new ones and I didnt want to pay that much. I want some money to mod with. I got the car for $14000. I dont mind having auto. Im not much of a racer. I want my Celi to look great mostly. Speed is not on the top of my list...yet. Even though. Is the sportshift in the GTS really worth any good compared to regular manual.

I SOOOOO love that new car smell though. ITS GREAT!!! I just love my Celi n hope to keep it for a long time. I wonder if there are better engines that I could put in when the 2ZZ goes out? Oh well! HAVE FUN NOW, WORRY LATER!!!

haha yeah a manuel 6-spd GTS was hard for me to find! I searched for a long time and could not find one, i tried dealerships and private w/in 100 miles of me, so i settled for the manuel gt, and very happy with it!  GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR CELI!!!!!

i remember the day i got my celica. i couldn't sleep that night. so i ended up going to my garage and just sat in my car with a big smile on my face. eventually, i fell a sleep in the car.

sme thing with the sleeping in my car thing only it was in october last year and it was kind of cold and no garage so i got a stiff neck
