rod millen front lip came today from ups and it spilt in half, thats what my dad told me.i jsut filed a claim but i dunno what will happen next, if someone could tell me, that would be great. my trd wing is comin in too soon, i hope that doesn't get messed up too, i be dissappointed. It is so hard to find RMM front lip and now i don't have it. One more question, does ups take back my rmm front lip or do i keep it??? and who pays me back????

ups pays you back, and you keep ur rmm front unless the dealer can replace it... take it to a body shop and see if they can fix it with the claim you get from ups (the box must also show signs of stress and damage, otherwise it might be the dealers fault)

good time for you to learn and practice with fiberglass. . try to fix it urself with some glass. . could be a good learning experience. . ..

same thing happened to me i bought the invader hood off a member and a piece broke on the tips and UPS didnt want to pay for the damage, it's not bad but it bugs the hell out of me.

did they check ur hood? or soemthing?cuz my front lip is close to spilting in half. i am sad

call 1-800-pick-ups and file a claim then bug the fuck outta them

I work for UPS and trust me that will get it done. If you feel you are gettign the run around ask for their supervisor.

Terence- I had a claim throught ups and they took the rim and replaced it

I thought GENUINE RMM was Polyurethane... in which case, it might have been folded so they could save on shipping costs.

My Vizages front came directly from Vizages and it had been folded twice - when I got it out of the box, I unfolded it and placed it on my car for a few pictures - then brought it to the painter and an excellent job was done on it... not a single problem

if you bought a RMM that was Fiberglass - you got ripped, unless you had intended to buy replica/knock-off of the real thing
