Do the KYB AGX have the adjust switch on top, that you see through the engine bay, or is it on the side, and which shock for the celi, has the adjustable switch on the side??

Are you talking about the dampening adjustment. You can see it through the tire spokes in the rear well. Answer = yes KYB AGX are the ones with the black knob on the side of the struts.

Both KYB AGX and Koni Yellows have the adjustments on the top of the struts, front and back. The front is easy to access, since all you need to do is remove the rubber caps on the struts in the engine bay, but you need to cut holes in the trunk plastics to access the rear adjusters.
The only struts that are compatible with the Hotchkis springs are the Koni Reds (aka custom Konis). They can be built to handle any drop, and control any spring rate.

Man that sucks. I was just about to get the KYB AGX and Skunk2 coilovers, but I can't cut holes in the back. It's all molded fiberglass. Now I have go back to shopping for different shocks.

You could always pre-adjust them before they're installed. Or you can just remove the side panels to adjust them. A bit more work, but not that bad, since you'll probably only adjust them 3 times max till you find a comfortable/good performing setting.
