2 options...
1. Go to someone that can re-upholster interior.
2. Or if you're looking to just buy seat covers go to a swap meet, or store who sells seat covers.
The Celica seats are only held on by a zipper that keeps the shape of the seats form when zipped around the foam padding inside the upholstery. The seam lines in the seat give the seat a more bucket style appearance. And the shape of the foam paddings give the feel of the seat. The seat cover is only held on by clips that crimp onto a steel metal bar inside foam. To take them off you will need to use pliers to remove all the copper clips off the steel bars.
Go out and by some fabric... If you decide to re-upholster them yourself buy fabric it can be tweed, body cloth, suede, leather whatever your want. Once you've gotten the seat cover removed. Locate all the seam lines where the thread is sewn. Remove all the seam lines threads holding the fabric together. Then use the removed fabric as a template when sewing your new seat covers.
Cut out shapes with the new fabric using the template then sew everything back on. Join all the seams together. Once your done put it all back and tada. You've got your newly re-upholstered seat covers...
If you don't want to do this take it to a pro, go to a jun kyard and strip it's cloth/leather as I explained, or just buy seat covers like everyone else said which is the easiest way possible.
