Yes, thats me. Former wannabe. didn't know a damn thing about cars trying to be important.
i know, i was the most annoying guy there, trying to say i had a lot more done than i really did. but i learned my lesson, because i needed to figure out what the import scene was really all about. it's not impressing the guy next to you, it's not about gettin chicks (although that is a really nice side effect ), i figured out its about the cars, and the friends you can make. i haven't really "cruised" since. i just keep to myself, and work on my car in my garage on the weekends. I finally figured out its not about me impressing everyone, trying to be liked. i was being laughed at by everyone and was to blinded by my own bullshit to see it. i see it now. so i apoligize to anyone who i pissed off with my ignorance. i now see the light, and have learned soo much about cars now. I got a job in a local stereo shop, and learned more in a month than i ever knew before.
I like to think i have a little more knowlege under my belt these days, 3 years of keeping to myself and hittin the books and reading anything i could get my grubby little paws on about cars has helped. And i'll be the first to admit when i don't know something. i want to learn it.
sorry for this being so damn long, but i've needed to say it for a while.
