i want to buy some "black" interor panels mostly the doors and floor center console (the one were the shifter goes) i have tried painting them and it just keeps flaking off so i wanted to just buy some. or if any one knows a place to get them other than from toyota that would be great too.

i live in a small podunk town the only celicas they have are from like the 80s

If you want to paint with something that won't flake - try Krylon fusion. You will need to clean your other paint off first (at least - I think you will - I would do it if I were you). Then clear coat it after the Krylon - or not! Krylon can scratch because it's soft, but it shouldn't flake.
