go to autozone...2.99...they are the parking light bulbs...so only will be on when you're in park or have the e-brake on etc...i think #194...make sure the part number on the package ends with only a B...if it ends with a BN then it is the blue bulb giving a hyperwhite color

aren't the wattage on those too high for stock celica lines? i heard the wires will melt after some time with those bulbs but not sure.

^^^ don't those bulbs also somewhat help illuminate the road to an extent. Is that the etc. in your reply? I'm just curious because seeing the road at night and at night in bad weather conditions is more important to me than replacing ever bulb in my car for ones that look great, yet suck on everything else that headlight bulbs were intended for. Namely, seeing the road. Not that the parking lights will make much of a difference anyway. I can see the answers to my questions already and some I didn't ask. I'll just crawl back into my hole. I do like them by the way.

I've had these bulbs for maybe 2 months and i didn't have anything melt down. I heard some guys say they're higher wattage but from my experience they arent...just blue.
There is a link on ecelica somewhere that has a whole page of the different lights on the celi...you should probably check it out...it's good to have around.
These bulbs definitely won't help illuminate the road to any noticeable extent. The whole bulb is probably 3/4" long or so. When you have your headlights on...you can barely even make out the blue color...so you shouldn't have any cop trouble. They are purely for show. To see well at night you'll definitely need some ~4150k bulbs which illuminate best...and some yellow crystal ion H3 fogs.
The install is really easy for the driver side...takes less than 10 seconds if you're doing it as fast as you can move. The passenger side you have to remove that one engine cover piece..but then again another 20 seconds. In my opinion a very good mod for $3 and one minute of your time.

oh and the location of the bulbs...well if you look closely at your headlight...they are sticking straight out away from the engine bay, through the side of the headlight...and again are pretty small and rounded at the tip

Arent parkers on whenever you SWITCH them on and not when ur parked//handbrake up??
Coz here (in australia) we have 3 settings: 1) Parkers (the wedge bulbs) (constantly on, not brake dependant) 2) Headlights + Parkers 3) Highbeams + Headlights + Parkers
??
oh and whats with ur DRL?? is it really needed??

so only will be on when you're in park or have the e-brake on etc... Nope, they only turn on when you turn your headlights on, or when you turn the headlight switch to the first position (turns on front and rear parking lights and bumper lens lights). aren't the wattage on those too high for stock celica lines? i heard the wires will melt after some time with those bulbs but not sure. Nah, those are halogen bulbs only (headlights, high beams, foglights). Standard incandescent lights can't get hot enough to hurt anything. ^^^ don't those bulbs also somewhat help illuminate the road to an extent. Nope, they just help other cars see you at night when you're parked and you turn your parking lights on, or while your driving and a car is on your side. just get some HID's at 8000K like me:) Wrong bulbs. And if he's worried about visibility, those are the worst bulbs you can get. Beware the rain! Arent parkers on whenever you SWITCH them on and not when ur parked//handbrake up??

oh and whats with ur DRL?? is it really needed?? Yup, those are the same settings the US have, and they work the same way (not by going into park or by pulling up the handbrake). The DRLs are your high beams at around 50%. They're not necessary unless required by law in your city/country. There should be a guide to disable them on this site. It's just a matter of snipping one wire underneath the ash tray (I think it might be yellow w/ green stripe). Simple mod.

So how long have yall had them on?? I still want them and will get tom. Which ones are the ulgy orange bulbs, i guess the turn signal bulbs. I want to replace those too!!

hey becareful of what you buy. I bought a blue bulb, and it was blue. But then it started to fade and turned greenish. Turns out that the color faded over time! i went ahead and got the superwhites, nice, but didnt have the blue im looking for. I heard about the blue LED and i bought some superbright ones...and oh yea...the blue is much more blue than the fake blue bulbs. All filaments burn a yellowish color, so you will never get the "true" blue unless you get the LED ones.

PIAA makes LED wedge base bulbs for the parking lights, i have them on my car, lights the whole headlight up blue, and they are bright! if you look at the "bulb" itself, each of them have 2 LED's in the tip. i'll try to post pics soon! have no digital camera so i have to borrow my friends.
