NEON WIRE COLORS: SILVER = NEG GOLD = POS
...
CIG ELECTRICITY FLOW: OUTSIDE CYLINDER = NEG TIP/BOTTOM = POS
...
I have two neons and a PSX hooked to my cig... no problems - just make sure you are using the correct gauge wire (my AC/DC converter is 18 gauge and the neons are 24 gauge) ...but I guess it really doesnt matter in the end, since the cig lighter wiring is only 20 gauge

?? Try it both ways all its gonna do is pop the fuse. Once you pop the fuse you know you did it wrong and it should be the other way. You got a 50 50 to get it wrong. Thats what I do.

I think the PSX and the neons are too much for one fuse to handle, that's why its keeps popping.
