ive had my body kit for about two months now. im ready to get it painted. i heard this body shop does some cheap paint jobs but i dont know if they do it well. i heard this body shop from a friend who has a 300z that got his car painted there. the body shop is called Automotive Innovations located in the industrial park in pearl city, waihona st. i want my car painted, molded with a grill and install the clear corner lights. if you guyz have heard anything about this body shop let me know before i get it painted. if you know any other body shops that is at a resonable price that can do all that i want that is located in honolulu, hawaii, then give me some info. THANKS! rice

Let me give you some advise. Never EVER EVER EVER go to a cheap place when it comes to painting your baby. Thats something you want to go all out on no be cheap.

Especially if your body kit is urethane, I just got mine done, and they didn't sand it too well. I keep having to have to go back and get it touched up because it was such a shitty job. They're cool about touching it up, but having to go in after getting my car washed everytime sux. And I got it at Earl Scheibs.

Yeah, you will prolly not get a good paint job. Also, you should try and install the clear corners yourself, it's not too hard. thumbsup
