I'm thinking about getting my computer chip upgraded, anyone that has a chip, please let me know how it is. I have an auto GTS, and the accel on it from dead stop is disgusting. Would I sacrifice starting accel power for lift power? I dunno if that made sense, well, anyone with a chip please lemme know! thanks

I thought for an auto, you needed a aftermarket torque convertor, to help with acceleration ????
I don't know what a chip will do...

You may want to try the JET V-force module.
Why go the chip route, if you have a GTS you can manually shift the car, dude. shift improver will shorten thime between gears & such but that's it.
Look into a TCI torque convertor, much better results.

Yes they make a Jet Chip. Its 345.99 plus 60 dollars instalation fee. Oh by the way your car will be down 3 days. Day one take ECU out ship to Jet. Day 2 Jet gets chip puts sticker on it and sends it back. Day 3 chips get there they put ECU back in. Start the car a bamn nothing. What happened. Oh thats right forgot to connect all this shit. Start celi up wow nothing different but I got a sticker that says Jet and you dont Ha HA HA. Dont get the chip Hint Hint. MY performance came from other mods I did at the same time as chip.

JET claims it's v-force module will advance your timing and flow more fuel, giving 8-12 horsepower. I don't know anyone who's gotten it, but I'd be curious to hear the results.

I have a jet chip in my gt. It was only 320.00 and this included installing it. I just had to pay for overnighting to jet performance and they overnighted it back to me (included in the original purchase price) I did notice a difference especially at lower rpm. Although mine is a 5spd so I don't know about shifting performance.
