It will not fit under the hood. Most probably you might end up getting a TRD celica hood which was design to fit s/c. For all i know those are mainly designed for corollas and matrix.

Yes, you can use that once you get the hood and some fmu. But after you buy those two things your already close to $3000 or more depending on what fmu you use. Then you still need to tune as it wont be tuned at all for your car. So plan to spend a good amount of money on the dyno tuning. So that is why its not worth it. Your already at the price or more than the price of the turbos that are out for the GT and look at its gains, practically nothing. Like 150 whp and 120 tq. Who's gonna pay about $3500 for those kinds of numbers. A stock GTS would still kill you.

I think with the right tuning and internals, you could get some great gains out of it. It just hasn't been perfected yet due to the price. *sigh* I wish I could get one.

Just go turbo. And if you want to make a supercar out of a GT, just give up.

The supercharger doesnt have great gains but it would easily beat a stock GTS since its torque curve would be so much better thumbsup But if your into racing rather than daily drivability its not the thing to get.

Some TV show actually raced a GT with a TRD SC, and it only did about 15.0 or 14.9. At best you'd be tied with a stock GTS 6 speed.
