I went to go get an estimate today at my local body shop and they gave me a quote of $910.88 to paint and install my urethane kaminari front bumper and my RMM sideskirts (fiberglass). This is a lot isn't it? The thing i'm wondering though is that we just had our toyota 4runner hood replaced with a new one because it had a big dent in the middle and they gave us an estimate of $1200 but it ended up being about $1000. Suppose that it comes out to about 750 that is a more resonable price isn't it? Feedback plz.

the front bumper and sideskirts an be painted for a lot less than $500 - especialy here in SoCal...

installation of these genuine parts is simple bolt-on... no drilling for the front and the sides are obvious drill locations (check the install guides on this site for exactly what im talking about)

dude, if you got the authentic kaminari and RMM parts they will fit perfectly. do it yourself and save yourself about $200.

I agree. Do it yourself. Its a learning experience and theres no way you can mess anything up. I would test fit everything first though, just in case

why do you laugh at westcoast customs. I think they do good custom jobs. They do all kinds of different cars including exotics.

1G haha here in TEXAS let me tell you some body shops arent that cheap. In my little town of corsicana there are 4 or so bodyshops but the best one is very $$PROUD$$ of his work. I had my kit prepped, primed, painted and installed for 2G complete kit. NOW i only paid 482 bucks of it cause i hit a mailbox and filed on insurance but still 2G that was crazy.
