How hard would it be to replace the drum brakes with disk on a GT? and how much would it cost... Im sorry if this has been discussed already.

it's been discussed many times - one can do this themselves by going to various junk yards and salvaging the parts needed but the easiest and most practical way imo is still the SSBC conversion...
