ok so i need to get my car smogged but i already know my exhaust isnt going to pass. what should i do? where do all you people with out street legal exhausts go to get it done?

go to one of those shop that willing to do undertable job for you...all you need is some $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$...they will pass for your with or without your car...hahahahaha

how much money do you usually need to pass off an under the table smog?

how do you know your car with exhaust won't pass? catback exhausts have to meet noise level requirements but that's not tested at the smog station. You could pass smog with an aftermarket exhaust. I had a custom straight through exhaust with no resonator and I passes smog, well barely, but I did (with other mods). What kind of exhuast do you have? Can you put the stock back on, or was it a weld job? You might want to put your stock airbox back on if you have an intake that's not smog legal in your state.
I'd do it legit.
The techs who get caught doing that stuff go to jail and pay something like $25,000 , and so I wouldn't want to get caught up in that in any way.
