Does anyone have pic's with 18's and TRD springs? This is what i'm going after but i wanna see how much of a gap there is. I like the bimmer look where the tire is right at the fender. Suggestions are welcomed too. thanks

here are several pics of 3 cars with trd springs and 18" wheels (most of the wheels use a 40 series profile--just fyi)

where the tire is right at the fender. this also has a lot to do with the tires sidewall..not just the rim size. for instance the stock tire is is 205/55/16 and obviously this leaves a big gap. but if i were to increase the sidewall to let's say 205/65/16...i would pretty much have my tires near the fender (not that you would want to do that..but you could). as i already mentioned..most of the pics i posted used a 40 sidewall for their tires (such as 215/40/18) and it looks like they accomplish what you want to do for the most part i've seen celicas with 19s with a 35 series profile that pretty much did the same think, btw

^^ my thoughts exactly ...but i thought it was important to include it bc i dont know if the user who madet this post has a body kit already or even intends to get one in the future...so its good to see how low the trd springs will drop your car without a body kit

Hey thanks for the pics yeah i'm getting a kam front bumper and RMM side skirts. Would you suggest the TRD spring or maybe there is a nicer drop that looks nice with 18's?

Would you suggest the TRD spring or maybe there is a nicer drop that looks nice with 18's? kam front & rear with rmm sides is ...thats my favorite non-widebody combination the trd springs will work good for that combo...i also like the tein s-techs (1.5" all around). tein is an awesome company that makes some great, reliable springs...not to mention they usually cost much less than other brand-name springs (such as trd, eibach, & hks) anyway: kam & rmm
