What's up guys. I'm a VW owner and just recently found out you Celica owners have the same bolt pattern as us, 5x100. Figured I'd give selling my wheels a shot over here. Here's the deal... 4 Supermesh in 19x8.5... NO TIRES! All four wheels have marks on the lips that can be EASILY buffed out. Was told this by 2 shops. 2 wheels have some curbage, and 1 has a tiny bend but holds the bead just fine... Good cheap set of wheels for refinishing (Was given a quote of 250.00) or to roll around on for now... Here's the close up shots of the wheels when they're dirty as hell: Pic of the small bend. Barely Noticable... Here's some of the wheels cleaned up and looking much better... Asking for 900.00 plus shipping!!!! That's a LOW price! This seller is located near: SHILLINGTON, PA

These use conical seat lugs. Your stock lugs or the lugs your friend had were prolly ball seat. If you use ball seat, they'll work themselves out evetually.
These WILL fit Celicas though!

If they weren't scraped up and bent then yeah...Great Price! However, if they were so EASILY buffed out why not do it before you try to sell them? I mean, wouldn't that fetch a better price?

You can see from the pics the spots aren't bad. Not even visible from 5 feet away. Something (I dunno what since I bought them like this) splashed onto the clear on the lips and left some light marks. I took them to my buddies body shop when I first got them and he wet sanded and buffed a few out from me. I was going to do the rest later, but wound up getting a different set of wheels, so I never bothered. And true if I did do the lips, they'd fetch a better price. However, I would then charge 1000.00 instead of the 900.00 because they'd be in better shape. My price, IMO, is not unreasonable at all. New, these cost 1350-1400, depending where you go. For mine, with the 250.00 quote I was given to refinish, would cost 1150.00. Even if it costs you 350.00 to refinish, they'd still be cheaper. You do the math... What is unreasonable about that??

I just sold my rims.. and i sold them for 1400 with tires... and they were in excellent condition.. 900 for the rims alone??? thats just crazy.. bring down the price.. if anybody wants these rims i can get them for 1000.. just the rims brand new!!! hit me up

Ask yourself one question. Is the juice worth the squeeze?
