Some tool bag slammed their car door into the side of my car, and now I have a small dimple and small streak of white paint on my silver GTS. The dimple isn't of much concern, the light has to be just right to see it. Does anyone know how to remove the small amount of thin paint that is on it though? It's about 1/2 inch by 1/2 inch in size. I don't wanna use anything too abrasive and end up making it look worse.

I thought there was a topic on this in here but I couldn't find it.

Thanks!

A little rubbing compound ought to do it.

After the rubbing compound use a slight paint cleaner such as Meguirs paint cleaner. Works great and adds a sweet glossy touch. thumbsup
