it appears that the person who did it "stomped" on the side skirts to them to rip off. Most of the screws that we holding the skirt on are still in the car and the skirt was ripped to make the hols bigger so they could come off. at first i though the tire was slashed but then relized it was just deflated. i filled it with air and was on my way. I'm about to head off to the school with my mom to get this settled

well i got my estimate on monday and the shop is saying it will cost about $3,000 to fix, i need new side skirts and fender and a lot of work to pull smaller dents out
