i would have to say no considering an S-AFC doesn't even work properly with our ECUs.
Plus i would be a little leary of something that is "designed for the year 1990-present model of the listed vehicle"
you can't tell me that you can just plug this thing into any celica from 1990 on and automatically get 10-15hp if that were so don't you think everyone and their brother would have one for that price.
it's usually best to go by the philosophy "you get what you pay for"

Yeah, if your gonna improve performance do it right, you may have to pay extra but it'll be worth it. Don't get me wrong, I'm all for eBay when it comes to appearance parts but not performance parts

I think it probably is just resistors to make a voltage divider so that a temperature sensor looks to be reporting cold air or something so that the ECU mixes the fuel differently. It may not be "good" for your car because Toyota didn't design it, but I'm all for hacking.
I really think someone should give it a try for that little money before we draw conclusions about it.
I really just want to remove my speed limiter 105mph doesn't cut it.
