hi i was wondering is it legal to put a large banner on the bottom of the front windshield? you know such as the ones in car shows. im not talking about the one on the top but all the way down right in front of the drivers view in front of the wipers. has anyone here got in trouble before with that large decal?

yeah usually they are not allowed, but most people can get away with it if it's not totally obvious. Under the wipers shouldn't be too bad but I wouldn't do it.
Here a rule of thumb. Im not sure in your stae but here in Ohio you cannot have anything in back or front windshield larger that 4 inches by 4 inches. Stcikers names anything. Bottom of winshield is stricktly prohibited since its in the line of view. That goes for all 50 states.
