becuase I paid 279.99 + tax form best buy

way too much...
i saw one at bestbuy open box and NEW for 140. Not true...i work at best buy and the Employee price (which is 5% above actual cost) is $185.85 plus tax  so after WA tax its 202.21 then shipping would be right around 215bucks new Maybe the one you saw was last years passport 8500 ?
