HOUSTON -- Police are searching for a driver who ran over a man several times Thursday morning in a northwest Houston nightclub's parking lot, Local 2 reported.
Hit-And-Driver's Victim Placed On Life Support
Witnesses told investigators that two men were fighting inside Aubrey's Club on West Gulf Bank near Sunnyside at about 12:30 a.m. when the fight moved outside and one of the men got into his car and ran the other man down.
"The witnesses described the suspect as doing doughnuts," an investigator told Local 2. Officials said the driver fled the scene in a 2001 or 2002 silver or blue Honda Civic.
Club patrons told officials the driver goes by the name "Oscar." The victim was transported to Ben Taub Hospital. Doctors have placed him on life support and listed him in critical condition.
