they are both equal in my opinion. better than axis, but less than racing hart of ro_ja.
ro_ja formula 5's are great
racing hart cr's are awesome...u see them on a lot of touring celicas but they're very expensive so there not common at all on the streets (especially the 3-piece versions).
centerline storms are very lightweight..but they only look good in 18" and higher because at that height they start to do 2-piece forged wheels (the 17s are one-piece and look crummy)
in any case..just 2 things to remember as a rule of thumb:
odd-spoked rims (such as 3, 5, 7, etc) suggest motion.
even-spoked rims (such as the 6-spoked cr) suggest show.

I have Enkei myself and I love them. No problems at all with them and I think for the price they are a quality rim. I have the (Black, Hyper Black, Gunmetal) whatever they are RSV in 17"

^^ when considerring enkei, konig, and axis as a whole...axis is less of a brand (yes, this is my opinion..but it's also held by most others). yes, there are some axis rims that are better than some enkei and konig rims..but we're looking at everything taken together

well, im not getting rims any bigger than 16". the way i drive my car, 17" and 18" rims are too much for the little motor to turn. need small n lightweight. alsso, what about 5zigens? thanks for all your info guys

Konig does a lot of copies. Why not go with the originals such as Racing Hart or Volks?

i had 17"s on my car before and i do lots of canyons, so i think that 17"s are too big. i have 15"s on now and they're a little small, so i figure 16"s would be perfect. 215 45 16 should do it
