yup my sister already had a celica then got too "old" for it and needed a bigger car, and my dad would take a celica convertible in a second... though hes just gonna settle on a retro mustang

Car looks like shit. Obviously the folks at Toyota felt the same way.

The only thing it vaguely resembles too is a Solara convert.

Lol it's MR HANKEY THE CHRISTMAS POO!!

I don't know how you can say the car looks shit, granted convertibles aren't to everyone's taste, but take a look at Tony's photochop.. now that looks nice..
How about a full veilside kit and rear spoiler on there?

Real old news that's a one off design. It takes away the Celica's whole look. Hate rag tops they always bubble up on the highway. thumbsdown thumbsdown thumbsdown.

im glad they didnt make celica convertible. first of all, something doesnt look right on it, something about it missing the celica thing in it. plus i dont wanna see anymore old people or girls driving our cars. let the car be a rare one, not too rare but not as much as an rsx. trust me, if it was convertible, they would sell a lot more and a lot of ppl would have bought it for sure. mr2 sales would have gotten lower, mustang convertibles sales wouldve been lower even.
like i said, something wrong with that design, looks awkward.
