right now i have 18" ADR SOKUDO rims in GM. But i have a chance to get some 19" RACING HART CR's in silver! i ahve a VS kit invader hood and KAM wing and car is black here are some pics of my car and rims.

Get the RH's. Don't even think of painting them.
You must have lost your mind.
If the wheel isn't to your liking don't get it and don't think of getting a fine wheel like that and screwing it up.
I'm sorry, but that's like saying I bought some perfect Volks TE-37 in silver, but I wanted gunmetal so I'm going to have them powdercoated.
It's your choice and decision.

get the CR's but don't paint them. They will just look like crap down the line and the paint will just chip off.
