Ok well I can't decide on whether I should mod the Celi (like turbo, system, and whatnot) or save up and buy a new car in a year. So my question for you guys is what car would you get if you had about 35k?
I would really like to get another 2 door because I just don't like the looks of 4 doors.
My car is gunna be 10x faster than yours...haha... I'm gunna buy like 10 of those speedchips! I figure if 1 gets me 20hp then 10 will get me 200hp!

GT-4 is almost 10 years old... i wouldn't spend 35k a car that old...
350Z is too tiny... get a G35, it's looks good, classy, comfortable, quite fast, and sounds mean. what more can you ask for... also, it's a rear wheel drive.

^^^He said two door, not four door. Get a G35 Coupe. Nice cars! I think they're just under $35k.

If money isn't a factor, sure get another car as a new car is usually nice. But assuming you won't pay cash for the new car, you'll lose a lot of money by getting a new car. Turbo is IMO the best financial move if money is an issue.
I get my kicks on EC.

you can get a lot for 35k depends thought if you want something that work all year...being you are in chicago, you're gonna get snow...so rear wheel drive isn't gonna work unless you have a second car.

Like Billy said, the RWD factor is one to consider. You COULD drive a RWD sports car, but it'll be tough on snow. Anyway, I'd say S2000 all the way. If you don't like four doors (like me), there really is no better car for under $40k. The 350z has been proven to have major issues with both the suspension and transmission, neither of which has been confirmed as fixed, even for the 05 model year. Even excluding that point, havinga convertible and a 8k redline is fun.

if i were you i would wait awhile. japan is obviously bringing back there sport/muscle cars to the states. it's a matter of time before europe and eventually, maybe, probably not usa will come out with cheap sport cars.
