Is it possible to swap out an automatic tranny for a manual? I have an auto right now and wish I had a manual... I am wondering if the computer and/or other things would cause problems?

Thanks for any inight!

When this has been asked before, the typica response I've seen is that its practically cheaper to trade in your car for a new one than to try and switch out transmissions like that.

Why settle for a lesser evil, Cthulhu awaits....

yes, but in the longrun you would be better off getting a new car... a stock manual will never equal a converted manual... converted will definately have a shortened life span.

I see your car is a 2002. If you wanted stick you just should have bought one when you got your car. I have a 2002 5 speed and I had to have mine shipped in because I wanted it white with a 5 speed. So If you really wanted a 5 speed you should have just waited till you found one instead of buying what ever was on the lot at the time.

Drive a Stick or don't drive at all.
